About
I’m all about sharing the coffee love - talk about coffee, read about coffee, drink coffee and share the bean around. I’ve been enjoying coffee all my life, and I don’t see the romance breaking up any time soon.
Coffee Break is a blog where I share my passion for all things coffee-related in a voice that’s appreciative of the non-coffee-snobs like me. It appeals to a wide spectrum of people who are looking for information about coffee and its affect on their health, their lives and the world. From how-to’s to coffee-maker reviews, if it’s related to coffee, I’ll probably write about it. I’m especially passionate about sustainable coffee, though, and about the economics of coffee, so expect to find a fair amount of posts about Fair Trade, direct trade and sustainable coffee here. I enjoy highlighting coffee roasters who have believe in “doing well by doing good”, and love helping people learn to love coffee as much as I do.
Most of all, though, I grew up in a house where every guest was greeted with a fresh pot of coffee brewing and every dinner ended with a fresh cup of joe. The coffee pot is as much a symbol of hospitality in my house as the pineapple. The coffee pot is always on, and I always have time to sit and enjoy a cup with friends. I hope you’ll drop by often and join me for the best coffee break on the Internet.

Hi! Just wanted to say you have a great blog here. I’m not a coffee drinker, more a fan of hot chocolate or tea, but the same idea applies - it’s nice to take a coffee break once in awhile.
