I've been using a similar method (since I gave my espresso machine to my old man when his broke); but my method is slightly different.

I put milk into a jar (or a big cup, like a sturdy beer glass (although not one you want to use for beer(because you should never wash a glass you want to serve beer from (and you will want to wash this glass once you've zapped milk in it))))).

Then I zap the milk on high for a while (the timer on my microwave is broken) on high; basically I do it til the milk boils over. I haven't had any problems zapping it for too long, and baked milk scum comes off the turntable pretty easy with a quick soak. Then grab the cup/jar with a tea towel ('cause I overcook it) and stick the the beaters in there and go nuts on it for a while. A milkshaker, blender or stick-blender also apparently work well. This makes a really thick, creamy milk foam.

I have been researching the internet to find the coffee pot my mother and grand mother used to use when making coffee with the colador. It was silver with a top to it, but I unable to find it. Would you know where I could find one. Thank you for you help.

Terrible news! I got this email:

Dear valued Accumul8 Rewards member,

Thank you for your participation in the Accumul8 Rewards program and your loyalty to Eight O'Clock® Coffee.

We've sincerely enjoyed having you on board as a loyal Accumul8 Rewards member and we want to remind you that this program will be ending on December 31, 2009.

As one of our most loyal consumers, you will be among the first to know when details of our 2010 plans are released. In the months ahead, we will send you an email announcing our exciting upcoming programs.

As of October 1, 2009, we will no longer be accepting new Accumul8 Rewards memberships, and the Tell-A-Friend bonus feature will cease, but you will still be able to enter codes and redeem prizes through the end of this year.

Thank you again for choosing Eight O'Clock®Coffee and participating in the Accumul8 Rewards program. We hope that you found this experience to be a rewarding one, and that you will choose to participate in our future programs. Most importantly we hope you will continue to make Eight O’Clock Coffee a part of your every day.

-Your friends at Eight O'Clock® Coffee

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I should've gotten the mug when I could've, but I hestitated and now I'll never get one (can you hear me crying??)!
If you've got points left over, you've got 3 months... I hope they start a comparable program like Accumul8 Rewards!
My dad is a huge fan of Target and often when I'd go back home to visit him, they'd have something from Archer Farms. They were definitely better than expected.
